The Mid-Michigan business community, including business owners and community leaders, is launching an effort to educate and encourage the community to “Think Local First”.
The message is: when looking for products and services, buy it on your block; if not there, buy it in your neighborhood; if not there, buy it in your town; if not there, buy it from someone in your region, state, and so on.
Businesses that are locally owned and privately held in Mid-Michigan can be members, as well individuals concerned with helping people understand the benefits of supporting businesses whose profits remain in our community.
