Ana Heck was introduced to beekeeping in Nicaragua while working on an organic farm and with a women's beekeeping cooperative. She began keeping her own bees at her aunt and uncle's home in Minnetrista, MN in the same spot where her grandfather had kept bees, and now raises bees in Ovid, Michigan.

PICKUP INFO

Members pick up their reusable 1/2 bushel box each week at Allen Neighborhood Center, between 12-6 PM on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
