The Rathbun Accelerator Kitchen & Food Hall
The Rathbun Accelerator Kitchen at Allen Neighborhood Center is a new food hub for graduates of our Maker Kitchen. The kitchen is housed at 1615 E Kalamazoo and offers four different makers access to shared equipment, a storefront, and a small public dining room. Come in and see what the chefs are cooking for lunch or dinner!
This shared-use kitchen offers a ‘next step’ in the journey of small-scale, food processing infrastructure for entry-level food entrepreneurs. The nature of this space reduces obstacles for entrepreneurs looking to increase capacity and operate in their own brick and mortar establishment. While using this kitchen, Makers are able to take on more financial and operational responsibility while also having access to business mentoring and support.

Brewitt Cafe & Bakery is a woman-owned cafe serving up brunch and breakfast fare with their signature cold brews and rotating specials.
Hours:
Wednesdays through Fridays 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Nomadic Roots
Nomadic Roots is a meal prep concept distributing to local grocers.
Their mission is to nourish the community with healthy, fresh meals that support wellness goals, bring families more time together, and provide the trust and convenience people deserve. They are committed to reducing waste, creating local jobs, and building a stronger, healthier community for all.
Poppa's Cookbook believes in cooking with love, and offers a variety of homemade comfort meals and catering. And, they're honored to employ and provide opportunities for special needs adults who have aged out of traditional school programs through their nonprofit initiative, ABLE Allies. Check out their rotating weekly menu or inquire about catering your next event!
